PAGE PAGE 4 摘 要 建筑地基基础工程是整个工程项目的关键所在，在一个完整的工程类项目的建造以及运营的过程中，该项目的地基基础工程的稳定性是需要参建各方引起高度重视的。如果在地基基础工程的施工阶段出现了明显的质量问题，轻则会导致建筑物沉降、倾斜、开裂，重则会引起建筑物倒塌，造成不可预估的经济和社会影响。基于建筑地基基础工程事故的严重性，参建各方需要严格履行自己的职能，并且对建筑地基基础工程施工阶段进行苛刻的质量控制。本文对中华人民共和国住房和城乡建设部、世界高层建筑与都市人居学会、筑龙网等官方及民间的建筑相关机构及网站中案例数据进行归纳总结，从施工技术、管理方式两大方面对建筑地基基础工程施工阶段的质量控制进行多方面的剖析，阐述工序工艺的核心要点以及质量控制的关键内容。并且提出如何在保证建筑地基基础工程安全质量的前提下提高建造效率的方法。 关键词：地基基础 稳定性 质量控制 施工技术 管理方式 Abstract Building foundation engineering is the key of the whole project. In the process of construction and operation of a complete engineering project, all parties attach great importance to the stability of the foundation works of the project. For example, the stage of infrastructure construction is characterized by quality problems.When the building sinks, tilts and overlaps, It will cause building collapse and unpredictable economic and social impact.Therefore, all parties must strictly control the quality of construction technology, and the construction stage is the cornerstone of the whole quality management process.
