PAGE PAGE 20 摘要 伴随着我国社会经济的繁荣发展，与现代化建设进程的积极开展，我国建筑行业迎来广阔的发展空间。同时，人们对生活质量的要求有所提高以及对精神和物质享受的态度有所转变，将对建筑工程中的装饰装修工程产生直接影响。因此，对建筑装饰装修工程造价的动态管理与控制变得尤为重要。 为了研究装饰装修工程造价的控制与管理，首先通过文献研究法从建筑装饰装修行业的国内外发展背景，对建筑装饰装修工程造价的相关信息进行较全面的概述；其次从建筑装饰装修工程造价的角度出发，重点分析目前国内主要存在的问题并提出有效的解决措施；最后通过具体的案例分析，对其相关问题进行探究，为建筑装饰装修工程造价动态控制与管理提供有效优化的对策。 关键词：装饰装修；工程造价；控制；管理；优化 Abstract With the prosperity and development of our society, the economy and the modernization of the process of active development in China, the construction has ushered in a broad space for development. At the same time, peoples requirements for quality of life have been improved and their attitude towards spiritual and material enjoyment has been changed, which will have a direct impact on the decoration project in the construction project. Therefore,the dynamic management and control of the cost of building decoration project is important . To study the control and management of the construction cost of decoration projects. Firstly, it gives a comprehensive summary of the relevant information of the construction cost of decoration projects from the development background of the construction decoration industry at home and abroad through literature research. Secondly, this paper analyzes the main problems in China and puts forward effective measures to solve them from the point of view of construction cost. Finally, through the specific case analysis, the relevant problems are explored, which provides effective optimization countermeasures for the dynamic control and management of architectural decoration project cost.
