PAGE PAGE 53 健康医疗器械公司环保工程设计 -废水处理工程设计 摘要 目前，随着医疗事业的发展，对医疗器械的需求量不断增加，市场上也越来越多各种医疗器械生产商，珠海市健康医疗器械厂主要生产一次性无菌塑料注射器和医用导丝导管。其废水的主要来源为用乙醇等有机溶剂清洗外购针头，注射器，成品的环氧乙烷灭菌废水以及超声波清洗废水，医疗器械厂的废水有机物浓度高，可生化性较好。 通过分析同类医疗设备厂的水质，和废水量，采用升流式厌氧污泥床（UASB）与循环式活性污泥系统（CASS）联合处理。用厌氧好氧混合工艺能够降低污水中污染物的浓度，同时各个构筑物提出了设计参数。 该医疗器械厂设计规模为每日处理污水600m3，其中进水CODcr=2300mg/l，BOD5=1400mg/l，SS=450mg/l，NH3-N=60mg/l。出水水质应达到广东省《水污染物排放限值》（DB4426-2001）第Ⅱ类污染物第二时段一级标准。 关键词：医疗器械生产废水、厌氧+好氧组合工艺、升流式厌氧污泥床（UASB）、循环式活性污泥系统（CASS） Environmental engineering design of health medical device company- Design of wastewater treatment engineering Abstract Today, with the rapid development of medical industry, the consumption of medical devices has increased and social medical equipment manufacturers are also increasing. Zhuhai health medical device factory mainly produces disposable sterile plastic syringes and medical guide wire catheters. The main source of its sewage is to use ethanol and other organic solvents to clean the purchased needles and syringes, the sewage of sterilization with ethylene oxide and ultrasonic cleaning wastewater. This kind of sewage has high concentration of organic matter and good biochemical. By analyzing the parameters of water quality and quantity of sewage from similar medical device plants, this project adopts the combination process of up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) and cyclic activated sludge system (CASS) to treat the sewage. Reducing pollutant concentration in wastewater by combination of anaerobic and aerobic processes, and the design parameters of each structure were proposed. The medical equipment, scale of factory design for sewage treatment capacity is 600 m3 every day, CODcr, BOD5, SS, NH3 - N concentration of 2300 mg/L respectively, 1400 mg/L, 450 mg/L, 60 mg/L, effluent water quality should reach the water pollutant discharge limits of Guangdong province (DB4426-2001) the first second time level Ⅱ class standards Key words: medical equipment production sewage, anaerobic + aer
