摘要 本文重点介绍智能饮水机系统设计,它在传统饮水机基础上加上无线网络模块,利用手机APP进行远程监测和控制,符合当下家用电器智能化的潮流。系统通过温度传感器采集水温信息传到上位机,并将饮水机水温和状态信息在上位机和饮水机机身面板上显示。用户可以通过上位机设定饮水机加热温度或加热时间,通过无线网络传输模块传输到单片机控制继电器进行模拟加热。该系统可以实现饮水机状态信息远程监测和智能控制,极大的方便了人们的日常生活。硬件电路以STC15F2K60S2单片机系统为核心,外围电路包括电源电路、温度检测电路、显示器电路、出水电路、蜂鸣器电路、继电器及加热控制电路;软件部分主要为Android Studio编程的手机APP软件及各模块程序设计,实现了单片机与手机之间信息双向传输。测试结果表明,该系统的设计性能稳定,饮水机信息可以实时采集和发送,手机可以稳定接收饮水机状态信息,可以有效地解决饮用水因反复加热对人身体造成的危害。 关键词:远程监控 信息采集 ESP8266无线模块 APP Abstract PAGE PAGE 1 Abstract This paper focuses on the design of intelligent drinking water dispenser, which is based on the traditional drinking water dispenser plus wireless network module, using mobile APP for remote monitoring and control, in line with the current trend of intelligent home appliances. The system collects the water temperature information through the temperature sensor to the upper computer, and the water temperature and state information of the drinking machine are displayed on the upper computer and the drinking machine body panel.The user can set the heating temperature or heating time of the drinking machine through the upper computer, and transmit it to the MCU to control the relay for simulated heating. The system can realize the remote monitoring and intelligent control of the drinking machine status information, which greatly facilitates peoples daily life.The hardware circuit is based on the STC15F2K60S2 single-chip microcomputer system. Peripheral circuits include power supply circuits, temperature detection circuits, display circuits, discharge circuits, buzzer circuits, relays, and heating control circuits. The software part is mainly the mobile phone APP software programmed by Android Studio and the programming of each module, which realizes the two-way transmission of information between the single chip microcomputer and the mobile phone.The test results show that the design performance of the system is stable, the water dispenser information can be collected and sent in real time, a
