年产10万吨酒精工厂发酵车间设计 摘要 本工厂的设计主要有生产工艺流程设计，生产设备设计与选型；也进行了物料的衡算、供水以及供气的计算。本工厂的生产规模是年产10万吨的酒精。根据酒精的生产方法的优缺点比较，本厂采用生物发酵的方法进行酒精生产，发酵法是指用微生物进行发酵产生酒精，在生产过程副产物比较少，在很多方面都有应用。在生产原料上是采用木薯干淀粉质原料。在综合了每个工艺步骤的优缺点，最终采用混合冷却连续糖化工艺，连续蒸煮工艺，大罐斜底连续发酵，三塔蒸馏等生产方法。最后根据生产流程和设备的设计与选型，画出了发酵车间的布置图和发酵罐的设计图。 关键词：酒精；酒精工艺流程设计；物料衡算；淀粉质原料 Design of fermentation workshop with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons ABSTRACT The design of this factory mainly includes the design of production process flow, the design and selection of production equipment; also the calculation of material balance, water supply and gas supply. The production scale of this factory is to produce 100,000 tons of alcohol per year. According to the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the production method of alcohol, the factory adopts the method of biological fermentation for alcohol production. The fermentation method refers to the fermentation of microorganisms to produce alcohol, which has fewer by-products in the production process and has applications in many aspects. In the production of raw materials, dry tapioca raw materials are used. After synthesizing the advantages and disadvantages of each process step, the mixed cooling continuous saccharification process, continuous cooking process, large tank inclined bottom continuous fermentation, three tower distillation and other production methods are finally adopted. Finally, according to the design and selection of production process and equipment, the layout of the fermentation workshop and the design of the fermentation tank were drawn.
