It’s a… 熟读课文,理解课文大意。 教法与学法 教法:示范、引导、游戏、鼓励性评价 学法:模仿、听音、Pair work、Group work 教学准备 单词卡、PPT、图片 课时安排 一课时 教学过程 Step 1 Warm up Greetings T:Good morning , boys and girls! Nice to meet you! How are you? Free talk T: Boys and girls , yesterday, I went to the zoo,and I saw a lot of animals, they are so cute. Do you like animals ? Today, I’ll take you to a place. Look, what’s this? Ss: It’s a zoo. T: Yes, It’s a zoo.(teach the “zoo”.) There are many animals in the zoo. What animals do you know? (Ss answer) Step 2 Presentation Study the new words T: Today, I bring some friends for you . Let’s see who they are? T: Look! What’s this ? (Show a seal picture.) Do you want to know its English name? Let’s have a try. Spell it by yourself. (S-E-A-L, seal) T: Teach the word. (seal) And let’s Ss to practice it one by one. Write the word on the blackboard and let’s Ss to pay attention to the pronunciation. (Using the same way to study the other words: dolphin, hippo, tiger, cat, dog) T: Give Ss some times to practice and remember the new words. Study the new sentences T: Look, what’s this in English? Ss: It’s a book.(实物)  T: And what’s that in English?  Ss: It’s a computer.?(实物) T: Can you guess what is the meaning of “this” and “that”? T: Now , let’s chant . What’s that in English ? What’s that in English?” one, two start.  绕口令:What’s that in English? What’s that in English? It’s a seal’. It’s a seal.
