PAGE PAGE 36 珠海市明日电镀厂废气处理设施设计 摘 要 本设计的研究对象是位于广东省珠海市金湾区的珠海市明日电镀有限公司生产的工业废气，该公司有镀铜和镀铬两条加工线，主要产生的废气有电镀过程中产生的氯化氢废气和铬酸废气、抛光过程中产生的粉尘废气以及喷涂过程中产生的挥发性有机废气。针对这些废气的特点和实际需求，为该公司设计了一套经济高效的废气处理系统。 本设计的废气量为30000m3/h，由于各废气之间性质差异大，因此采用分开处理的方法治理，氯化氢废气以水为吸收剂，采用吸收法处理；铬酸废气采用酸雾净化器处理；粉尘采用袋式除尘器处理；挥发性有机废主要成分为甲苯和笨，采用活性炭吸附装置处理，处理后的废气均满足广东省《大气污染物排放限值》（DB44/27-2001）第二时段二级标准和《电镀污染物排放标准》（GB21900-2008）较严者中大气污染物排放限值。 关键词：电镀；氯化氢；挥发性有机废气；活性炭吸附 Engineering Design of Exhaust Gas Treatment Produced by Zhuhai Ming Ri electroplating limited company Abstract The research object of this design is the industrial waste gas produced by Zhuhai Ming Ri electroplating limited company, which is located in Jinwan District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province. The company has two processing lines of copper plating and chromium plating. The main waste gas produced is hydrogen chloride waste gas and chromic acid waste gas produced in the electroplating process, dust waste gas produced in the polishing process and volatile organic waste gas produced in the spraying process. According to the characteristics and actual needs of these waste gases, a set of economic and efficient waste gas treatment system is designed for the company. The waste gas volume of this design is 30000m3/h. due to the great difference in the nature of each waste gas, the method of separate treatment is adopted. The hydrogen chloride waste gas is treated with water as absorbent and absorption method is adopted; the chromic acid waste gas is treated with acid mist purifier; the dust is treated with bag filter; the volatile organic waste is mainly composed of toluene and benzene and treated with active carbon adsorption device after treatment All of the exhaust gases meet the secondary standard in the second period of emission limit of air pollutants (DB44 / 27-2001) and the emission limit of air pollutants in the stricter period of emission standard of electroplating pollutants (GB21900-2008).
