PAGE PAGE 38 珠海市香洲区社区末端物流配送研究 摘 要 如今，人们日常生活中的网上购物等与末端物流紧密相关的消费行为愈来愈多，不仅对国民经济产生了巨大的影响，同时也极大地促进了物流行业的高速发展。作为支撑中国的国民经济发展的战略性产业,物流行业在国民生活中的各个方面都极力促进了社会和谐，并进一步提高老百姓的生活水平。因此，构建适应现代发展的社区末端物流体系, 关系到社区和谐发展和国民生活质量。 本文将以珠海市香洲区各大社区为例，研究珠海市香洲区社区末端物流配送问题，通过文献研究法、访谈调查法和统计分析法，分析珠海市香洲区社区末端物流配送的现状。作为国家“粤港澳大湾区”的重点发展城市之一，珠海市目前仍存在诸多的社区末端物流配送问题如送货上门率低、末端配送硬件设施短缺、社区物流与社区物业矛盾凸显等。本文将深入了解珠海市香洲区社区末端物流配送现状，结合国内外针对社区末端物流配送问题所采取的相关措施，为珠海市香洲区社区末端物流配送提出可行性建议及解决措施。 关键词：社区末端物流；最后一公里；共同配送；配送模式 Research on Community Terminal Logistics Distribution in Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City Abstract Nowadays, there are a growing number of consumption behaviors closely related to terminal logistics, such as online shopping in peoples daily life, which have a great effect on the national economy, and vastly promote the rapid development of logistics industry at the same time. As a strategic industry supporting the progress of Chinas civil economy, the logistics industry facilitates social harmony in every aspect of national life and further improves the living standard of the people. Therefore, building a community terminal logistics system that adapts to modern development is related to the harmonious development of the community and the quality of national life. The community terminal logistics distribution in Xiangzhou district of Zhuhai city will be the main research object of this paper, through the use of document research, interview investigate and statistical analysis, in-depth analysis of the community terminal logistics distribution circumstance in Xiangzhou, Zhuhai. One of the key development cities in the Guangdong- Hong Kong- Macao Greater Bay Area, Zhuhai City still has numerous problems in the community terminal logistics distribution, for instance, low door-to-door delivery rate, deficiency of terminal distribution hardware facilities, the contradiction between community logistics and community property.
