企业员工薪酬满意度的调查 摘 要 随着社会和经济的迅猛发展，对员工满意度进行调查已显得越来越重要。因为毕竟公司中数量占绝大多数的是员工。构建有效的激励体系、创造公平竞争晋升制度、薪酬福利制度、实施有效的人本管理也是影响员工满意度的关键因素。重视和提高员工的满意度，才能使公司在激烈的竞争中赢得优势。本文针对的员工进行的研究，采用样本抽查的方法在员工中进行抽查。然后，根据回收的问卷中的数据进行相应的分析与处理。主要是对员工总体满意度的分析，员工满意度与环境、工作、晋升、薪酬、管理的相互关系，性别与员工满意度的相互关系，年龄与员工满意度的相互关系，收入与员工满意度的相互关系，学历与员工满意度的相互关系等，研究得出相应的结论。 关键词：员工满意度，，管理，晋升制度 Abstract With the rapid development of society and economy， the investigation on employee satisfaction has become more and more important.
