PAGE PAGE 18 摘 要 随着我国社会不断的进步，财务报表已经作为真实的反映了企业财务的状况和其经营管理成果的一种重要形式，通过对其有效的管理和使用，真实的反映了企业实际生产和经营的情况，同时通过对运用了这种财务方法的企业进行了分解和深入的研究，使得企业的管理人员全面的把握了企业的真实情况，所以，企业的财务管理显得至关重要。杜邦分析体系（DuPont?Analysis）其本质就是一种综合分析财务体系的方法，通俗意义来说把各财务指标内在的联系建立起来。杜邦分析体系不仅可以分析天驰公司长期历史财务情形与其现状，还可以预测天驰公司的未来财务和盈利的情况，因而需要能够正确地来判断和评估天驰公司的未来盈利能力和水平。本文主要通过系统运用杜邦分析方法首先着重分析了天驰公司2014-2018年的长期财务状况通过对天驰公司的财务报表进行分析，寻找天驰公司存在的不足之处，然后根据其存在的问题给出一定的建议。 关键词： 天驰公司 杜邦财务分析体系 财务比率 Abstract With the social and economic development of China.The effective management and use of the enterprise and its management results prove the importance of enterprise financial management.Because enterprise managers have a comprehensive understanding of the actual situation.They are managed independently through this financial method.DuPont Financial Analysis System is a comprehensive analysis of financial systems.Their analysis system is based on the analysis of the internal relationship between finance and the share of major enterprises,as well as the integration of long-term financial situation.Only by analyzing the long-term financial situation and the information society situation.At the same time,a careful analysis of its history and current situation can not only predict the financial situation.The companys position and profit level,but also correctly assess and evaluate its future profitability and product level.The system gives priority to the analysis of the long-term financial situation of the project company in 2014-2018, focusing on the budget analysis of the companys content.Find out the defect of company content and solve the problem.
