Its reported that a middle school student would have two or three exams or test a week,and for a pre-graduated student,the exam or test will be more. Its true that examination is the most important way to see a students study result,hower,too many exams can cause some problems. First,its harmful to students health.The pressure of exam is so great that many students cant go to sleep at night. Second,some students dont go to school to advoid the exams.Whats more,some even commit suicide. To my mind,we should care for the feelings of the students and lighten the pressure. Because of the high developing speed of the world, pressure has become a serious problem in nowadays. As our students, we also have to face with much pressure, such as the study pressure, exam pressure,relationship pressure and so on. But how can we cope with pressure? This is the most important. Firstly, we should face the pressure appropriately. Pressure is inevitable in our daily life, so we cant be afraid of them and try our best to cope with them. Secondly, tell our pressure to others. Talking is a very effective way to ease pressure, and during the talking, we may get some suggestions and solutions. Finally, trust ourselves. We should believe ourselves that we can deal with any troubles by ourselves or by others help. The good news is that there are some simple ways to deal with stress. Firstly,eating a healthydiet,getting enough sleep and doing exercises are very important. How can we be happy if we are not fit?For school work,planning ahead can help. Making a list of the things they need to do and planning when to do them can help students organize their time.
