中小型企业融资问题研究 ——以北京方正互联技术有限公司为例 摘 要 资金作为企业的血液，起着至关重要的作用，但由于其内部积累不足以及其他一些因素影响，企业常常面临资金不足的问题，融资则成为解决这一问题的重要途径。融资行为影响着企业的资本结构乃至社会经济的发展。对于企业来说，现在社会上存在的融资行为，还有很多制约企业发展的因素存在，由此，使融资行为更完善，调整融资的方法已经成了当前迫切需要解决的问题之一。着眼于企业当前在筹资方面存在的问题，特别是新建的企业，其内部上缺少适合现代经营管理的理念从而造成了企业素质不高；缺少可以作为担保抵押的财产。使很多正规金融机构对企业的资金支持上有所顾虑；另外在外部上，政府在企业融资问题上没有给予健全和完善的政策和法律体系，这都是企业在融资过程的“绊脚石”。 以国内外公司融资现状为背景，以方正互联技术有限公司为例，结合本公司当前的现状，剖析公司在融资上出现问题的原因，从而提出相应的对策及建议，以达到为后续研究思考奠定基础的目的。 关键词：融资 渠道 社会经济 Research on Financing of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises ——Take Beijing founder Internet technology co.
