PAGE PAGE 81 绿色贸易壁垒影响下 浙江省农产品出口问题研究 摘 要：随着经济全球化以及一体化的不断深入，各国为保护国内相关产业，推行新贸易保护主义，纷纷开始对进口产品进行限制，提高进口产品进入门槛，并以“绿色贸易壁垒”为手段对他国进行制裁，浙江省农业作为传统产业之一，具有明显的资源优势以及价格优势，故而在国民经济中具有较重要的地位，但是近年来在贸易壁垒的作用下，农业出口受到的限制越来愈多，故而本文以浙江省农业出口为研究对象，探析对色壁垒的影响。文章首先对绿色贸易壁垒下浙江农业出口的现状进行了概述，其次分析了绿色贸易壁垒对浙江农业的影响，再次对绿色贸易壁垒下浙江农业出口面临的主要问题进行了论述，最后针对这些问题从企业角度及政府角度提出了相应的解决策略。以期通过本文的研究降低绿色贸易壁垒对浙江农业出口的不利影响，促进浙江省农业的出口。 关键词：绿色贸易壁垒；国际贸易；农业出口  Research?on?the?Export?of?Agricultural?Products?in?Zhejiang?Province?under?the?Influence?of?Green?Trade?Barriers Abstract：With the globalization of the economy and the deepening of integration, countries have begun to restrict the import of products to protect domestic related industries and promote new trade protectionism, and to raise the threshold for entry of imported products, and to use other countries as a means of “green trade barriers”. As a result of sanctions, Zhejiang agriculture, as one of the traditional industries, has obvious resource advantages and price advantages, so it has a more important position in the national economy. However, in recent years, under the influence of trade barriers, agricultural exports have been increasingly restricted. Therefore, this paper takes the agricultural export of Zhejiang Province as the research object and analyzes the influence on the color barrier. The article firstly summarizes the current situation of Zhejiang agricultural exports under the green trade barriers, and then analyzes the impact of green trade barriers on Zhejiang agriculture, and once again discusses the main problems faced by Zhejiang agricultural exports under the green trade barriers, and finally addresses these issues. The corresponding solution strategy is proposed from the perspective of the company and the government. In order to reduce the adverse impact of green trade barriers on Zhejiangs agricultural exports and promote the export of Zhejiangs agriculture through the study of this paper.
