摘 要 PAGE 2 摘 要 随着人们健康意识的不断提高，传统的医院照明与供电系统已无法满足人们的治疗需求。完善的医院照明与供电系统的设计，能够使患者获得安全、舒适的治疗环境，更有利于患者的康复。因此，研究与设计医院照明与供电系统，为广大医疗患者提供更先进、更安全、更可靠的治疗环境具有深远的意义。 本次设计是以某医院康复楼实际工程为基础，进行的医院供配电及照明系统设计。设计内容包括照明系统、低压配电系统、设备与导线的选择、建筑物防雷、接地及安全。 本论文的主体结构分为:第一章绪论,介绍建筑电气技术的现状及发展趋势，以及医院供电系统的设计。第二章照明系统设计,根据相关规定及医院照明设计要点，确定照明方案；根据照度要求及控制方式，选择灯具和开关；根据走线原则及安全便捷省钱省管、安装规范，建筑结构等走线，完成照明与应急照明设计，绘制照明平面图。第三章低压配电系统设计,根据本工程负荷等级及供电要求确定供电方案,选择低压配电装置，完成低压配电系统设计,绘制低压配电干线系统图。第四章设备与导线的选择,统计负荷量，为配电系统选择导线和设备，绘制配电箱系统图。第五章建筑物防雷、接地及安全,根据本地区及建筑具体情况确定防雷等级，进行防雷选择设计计算，完成防雷及接地平面图的设计，并根据医院特殊场所的接地方式对电源中性点不接地的IT系统进行了分析和描述，最后对全文进行总结与展望。 关键字：照明与供电系统、医院照明、低压配电系统、IT系统 Abstract Abstract With the continuous improvement of peoples health awareness, the traditional hospital lighting and power supply system has been unable to meet the treatment needs of the people. The perfect design of hospital lighting and power supply system can make patients get treatment environment of safe, comfortable, more conducive rehabilitation for patients. Therefore, the research and design hospital lighting and power supply system for the majority of medical patients provide the treatment environment of more advanced, safer, more reliable has far-reaching significance. Based on a project of a hospital rehabilitation building, the power supply and lighting system design of hospital is implemented, which includes lighting system, low-voltage distribution system, the choice of equipment and wire, building lightning protection, grounding and safety. The main structure of this paper is divided as follows. The first chapter introduces the situation and development trend of the Electrical Building Technology, as well as hospital design of the power supply system. The second chapter lighting system design, according to relevant regulations and hospital lighting design elements determine the lighting solution; according to the intensity of illumination requirement and control mode, choose lamps and switches; according to the principle of security conv
