东莞市小学校园飞盘运动开展现状调查与推广对策 摘要：极限飞盘运动是属于时尚性新兴体育运动项目，极限飞盘运动的推广对高校体育教学改革有着积极的推动作用，不仅有助于全民健身运动的开展，而且对培养学生的终身体育思想有着积极的意义，与此同时该项运动对当前高校体育课程的教学内容、提高学生素质与促进我国高校体育教学紧跟当前社会发展对人才素质要求的需要等方面都有积极意义。 基于此，本文选取东莞文盛小学、东莞外国语学校、中堂蕉利小学、卡丽兰小学，其中教师8名，学生215名，采用访谈法、统计法、问卷调查法等研究方法对东莞市市小学飞盘运动开展现状进行研究，其中包括学生对参加飞盘运动训练态度的现状、东莞市小学飞盘教练员的现状、东莞市小学飞盘训练的现状分析及东莞市小学生飞盘运动推广的现状分析等内容。 并且针对东莞市小学飞盘运动存在的问题提出以下建议：应加强现有教师队伍的培训力度，积极引进一些高学历、高层次的专业化人才；应该深入了解学生参与的动机和需求，和设计更加多丰富且带有足够趣味的训练方式；学校要发挥宣传部门的优势，利用学校的宣传栏、黑板报定期播报相关知识或者平时训练的注意事项等内容，促进形成良好的特色教学环境。 关键词：飞盘运动；东莞市；开展现状 Investigation on the Present Situation of Frisbee Movement in Dongguan Primary School Absrtact: extreme Frisbee is a fashionable new sports item. The promotion of extreme Frisbee sports has a positive effect on the reform of physical education teaching in colleges and universities. It is not only helpful to the development of national fitness movement, but also has  positive significance to cultivate students lifelong physical education thought. Based on this, this paper selects Dongguan Wensheng Primary School, Dongguan Foreign language School, Zhongtang Jiaoli Primary School, Karilan Primary School, including 8 teachers and 215 students. The present situation of Frisbee movement in Dongguan primary school is studied by interview, statistics and questionnaire, including students attitude to Frisbee sports training, the present situation of Frisbee coaches in Dongguan primary school, the present situation analysis of Frisbee training in Dongguan primary school and the current situation analysis of Frisbee sports promotion in Dongguan primary school. In view of the problems of Frisbee movement in Dongguan primary school, the following suggestions are put forward: we should strengthen the training of existing teachers and actively introduce some highly educated and high-level specialized talents; we should deeply understand the motivation and needs of students participation and design more rich and interesting training methods; we should give full play t
