新疆农村电子商务发展调查研究 摘 要 电子商务是全新的商务形式与贸易行为，农村电子商务是电子商务在 农村地区的发展与普及。伴随信息化科技的持续宣传和应用，电子商 务在城市发展效果显著，然而在当前农村区域的普及效果并不明显。在 长久的发展中，国内农村实施家庭承包制度，小规模生产和大市场之间 出现信息流通不畅、供求不对应、经济效益不高等问题。农村市场是国 内规模庞大、具备发展潜能的市场，农民对电子商务的需求不断增多。 然而，当前行业内对此部分电子商务分析不多。所以，对农村电子商务 现状进行研究，学习各国发展经验，指出合理的处理方案，对于促进农 产品、农资、信息服务顺利流通，加快农业生产与地区经济腾飞有积极 的意义。 本文主要研究新疆农村电子商务发展情况，寻找其中存在的问 题，提出合理的看法和处理方案。 关键词：农村；电子商务；发展现状；对策研究 ABSTRACT E-commerce is a new business format and commercial trade activity.
