封面 我国众筹模式的风险分析——以京东为例 摘 要 随着互联网金融的不断发展，多种金融模式出现，众筹便是互联网金融中 的一种全新的模式，该种模式将互联网金融的普惠价值充分发挥出来，不过该 种模式在我国出现的时间相对比较短，在创造巨大价值的同时也存在多种风 险，需要采取措施进行优化调整，以促进其发展。京东在电商行业位居前列， 采用众筹的方式相对也比较早，方式也较多，故而本文以京东为研究对象进行 探究。文章首先概述了研究背景、意义、内容与方法；其次对众筹模式以及先 关理论进行了概述；再次对我国众筹行业的发展情况进行了论述并分了京东的 三种众筹模式；接着对我国众筹模式的价值以及存在的风险进行了分析，并分 析其存在风险的成因；最后提出了推进我国众筹模式完善的措施。以期通过本 文的研究使我国的众筹模式更加完善。 关键词：互联网金融；众筹模式；价值；风险 Abstract With the continuous development of Internet finance, a variety of financial models emerge. Crowdfunding is a brand new model of Internet finance. This model fully exerts the universal value of Internet finance. However, this model appears in our country Time is relatively short, there are many risks while creating great value, and measures need to be taken to optimize and adjust to promote its development. Jingdong tops the list in the e-commerce industry and adopts crowdfunding methods relatively earlier and in more ways. Therefore, this paper explores Jingdong as a research object. The article first outlines the research background, meaning, content and methods; secondly, it gives an overview of the crowdfunding model and the first-off theory; again discusses the development of the crowdfunding industry in our country and divides the three crowdfunding modes of Jingdong; Analyzes the value and risks of crowdfunding in our country, points out its value in terms of government, project sponsor, investor and crowdfunding platform, and analyzes its possible risks.
