题目:大众高尔夫轿车五挡手动变速器结构设计 PAGE \* ROMAN PAGE \* ROMANI 摘要 摘 要 合理的变速器设计能够使得汽车拥有有良好的动力性和经济性,同时也会提高发动机 的工作效率,驾驶员在驾驶过程中的舒适性也会得到提高。 本次设计是依据大众高尔夫车型发动机前置前驱来设计的一款五挡手动变速器,结构形式采取两轴式的结构设计。变速器的换挡机构选择的是锁环式同步器换挡,并且选用与其相合适的操纵机构,使得驾驶员操纵更加舒适。本人在设计中首先根据车型确定变速器总体布置方案,其次依据基本参数计算变速器的主要参数,例如各挡传动比和各挡的齿轮分配等,接着设计齿轮并对其进行弯曲强度和接触应力的校核,再然后通过初步的画图来设计变速器的轴和轴,最后确定变速器的同步器、操纵机构。完成初步设计后,利用 CAD 绘制装配图和零件图。 本次着重设计的是变速器的齿轮和轴两大部件,通过校核验证能够满足实际的变速器工作要求,但做的还不够完善。 关键词:手动变速器,锁环式同步器,两轴式 全套图纸加扣 3346389411或3012250582 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Reasonable transmission design can make the car have good power and economy, while also improving the efficiency of the engine, and the drivers comfort during driving will also be improved. This design is a five-speed manual transmission designed based on the front-drive front engine of a Volkswagen Golf model, and adopts a two-shaft structure design. The shifting mechanism of the transmission selects a lock ring synchronizer, and selects the matching operating mechanism to make the driver more comfortable to operate. In my design, I first determined the overall layout of the transmission according to the vehicle model, and then calculated the main parameters of the transmission based on the basic parameters, such as the transmission ratio of each gear and the gear allocation of each gear, etc. Then, I designed the gear and calibrated it for bending strength and contact stress The core, and then through the preliminary drawing to design the transmission shaft and shaft, and finally determine the transmission synchronizer and operating mechanism.
