- PAGE 2 - 　 题 目： 废膜分离造粒机结构设计 摘 要 全套图纸加扣 3346389411或3012250582 在我国经济快速发展的今天，回收用废膜分离造粒机的发展也得到了前所未有的发展，在近几年的发展中，不同种类的废膜分离造粒机层出不穷，给农业的回收带来了便捷式的发展。在目前的回收用设备的生产和制造上，不断的机械化的生产的背景下，在传统的使用手动的方式进行变位大的形势，回收的效率是比较低的、而且在操作上存在的困难，使得买废膜分离造粒机的经济划算的存在，还在变位上节省时间。本次设计的的废膜分离造粒机，适用于在回收废膜和工厂需求，以及在维修上使用，在现有的市场上废膜分离造粒机的设计和发展受到了农业在回收上的追捧，因此在本次的设计中，主要针对的回收废膜废膜分离造粒机的结构的设计，完成本次课题相关的设计内容。 在本次的废膜分离造粒机的毕业设计中，在机构的构思上参考了市场上的大型的废膜分离造粒机的结构设计的方案，对一般的回收废膜使用的废膜分离造粒机的结构进行构思和设计研究，废膜分离造粒机的整体结构上设计而言，在设计中重点对废膜分离造粒机上的联轴器的回收造粒机构、传动部件、直流减速系统的设计等方进行了重点的结构分析和设计。使得设计的步骤首先在明确本次设计的废膜分离造粒机的设计任务，在设计的要求上以及设计的背景的情况下，广泛的查找相关的设计的资塑料，深入明确废膜分离造粒机的结构设计的纲领，并通过绘制三维的设计，对其中废膜分离造粒机的重要部件做了一些相关的建模，完成废膜分离造粒机的装配结构设计[2]，并不断的实现部件的优化性的设计，最后对废膜分离造粒机的绘制CAD结构图纸，完成了三维的总装图和相应的部件图。 关键词： 废膜分离造粒机 、联轴器 、减速系统 Abstract With the rapid development of Chinas economy, the development of waste membrane separation granulator for recycling has also been unprecedented. In recent years, different types of waste membrane separation granulator emerge in endlessly, which brings convenient development to the recovery of agriculture. In the current production and manufacturing of recycling equipment, under the background of continuous mechanized production, in the traditional use of manual way to carry out the situation of large displacement, the recovery efficiency is relatively low, and there are difficulties in operation, which makes the cost-effective existence of buying waste membrane separation granulator, and also saves time in displacement. The designed waste membrane separation granulator is applicable to the recovery of waste membrane and plant demand, as well as the use in maintenance. In the existing market, the design and development of waste membrane separation granulator are sought after by agriculture in the recovery. Therefore, in this design, the main purpose is to design the structure of the recovery of waste membrane separation granulator, and complete the relevant design content of this project 。 In the graduation des
