复摆颚式破碎机机械结构设计 PAGE I 摘要 破碎机隶属于矿山机械,其作用为把各种开采出的矿物、工业生产过程物料,破碎成需要的大小,成为产品或者进一步深加工的材料,在工业生产中有着重要的作用。 近几十年来,我国对破碎机械进行了大量的研究,取得了显著的成果,当前国内破碎机械已经达到了国际先进水平。 复摆颚式破碎机是当前国内破碎机械使用最为广泛的,它可以破碎各种硬度的矿石,同时还具有结构简单、价格便宜、坚固耐用、工作效率高等优点,在大中型的矿山粗碎作业中应用广泛。 本次所设计的复摆颚式破碎机为小型颚式破碎机。设计时计算了破碎机的各种工作参数,主要包括:动颚齿板、皮带轮、电动机、轴承、机架、飞轮、偏心轴等的参数。同时还对破碎机机械结构进行了平面图的绘制和三维模型的创建。 通过参考现有破碎机结构、并查阅各种资料,避免了经验设计,也明白了在设计分析中要注意的问题。然后根据所学的知识,采用计算与类比的方法,熟悉并最终确定破碎机各机构,优化了参考样机的不足之处,结合其优点,做出了本次设计。 关键词 破碎机设计;三维建模;优化结构 全套图纸加扣 3346389411或3012250582 Abstract The crusher belongs to mining machinery, and its role is to crush various mined minerals and industrial production materials into the required size and become products or further processed materials. It plays an important role in industrial production. In recent decades, China has conducted a lot of research on crushing machinery and achieved remarkable results. At present, domestic crushing machinery has reached the international advanced level. The compound pendulum jaw crusher is currently the most widely used domestic crushing machine. It can crush ores of various hardness. It also has the advantages of simple structure, cheap price, ruggedness, high work efficiency, etc. It is widely used. The compound pendulum jaw crusher designed this time is a small jaw crusher. During the design, various working parameters of the crusher were calculated, including: the parameters of the movable jaw tooth plate, pulley, motor, bearing, frame, flywheel and so on. At the same time, it also carries out plan drawing and 3D model creation of the crusher mechanical structure. By querying various data, empirical design is avoided, and problems to be noted in design analysis are also understood.
