高压水射流装备结构设计 PAGE \* ROMAN PAGE \* ROMANI 摘 要 全套图纸加扣 3346389411或3012250582 我国的船舶工业集合了高新技术与大量的劳动力，它是我国的重要支柱工业之一。面对船舶外板的高压水射流装备使用既环保又干净无污染的普通水除锈，通过高压泵的机组获得能量进行除锈，而除锈是船舶工业中必不可少的一道工艺。高压水射流是通过高压水射流的冲击力，将附着在船舶外板上的锈蚀和涂层彻底破坏，能够有效，高质量，高品质的用于船舶维修除锈方面。并且高压水射流还具有许多优点，例如经济效益高，成本低下，去污的效果明显，效率快等等。 随着船舶使用时间的增加，船舶外板会多多少少的发生锈蚀或各种水生物，如果要使船舶能够安全的行驶，增长船舶的使用寿命，我们就必须对船舶外板进行表面处理。运用高压水射流装备可以将船舶外板的锈迹或各种垃圾处理干净，保证船舶外板的干净。 因为大多数的高压水射流装备使用的是自来水，由于水的价格相对便宜，更重要的水是清洁能源，不会造成环境污染，不会腐蚀原来的零部件或设备，也不会产生化学性质的任何损伤，如果我们遇到一些特别难以处理的污渍等还可以合理的添加一些溶剂。 本文针对面向船舶外板的高压水射流装备进行了研究，提高高压水射流的工作效率，可以加长船舶的使用寿命，对推动船舶行业的发展具有十分重要的意义。 关键字：高压水射流；喷嘴；装置设计 Abstract Chinas shipbuilding industry is a high-tech intensive area and a heavy physical strength intensive area.
