摘 要：我国作为农产品生产和出口的大国，农产品出口已经成为我国出口贸易的重 要部分，绿色贸易壁垒对我国农产品的出口贸易有着一定的制约作用，在农产品的国 际贸易中，绿色贸易壁垒已经逐渐发展成为主要的非关税壁垒之一。安徽省是我国农 产品生产和出口大省，农产品产量和出口量一直居全国前列，但近年来我国农产品出 口频繁遭遇国际绿色贸易壁垒，尤其是欧盟、日本等国对我国的农产品质量要求不断 提高，给安徽省农产品的出口贸易造成了很大的影响，严重影响了农产品的出口规 模，导致企业的农产品出口成本上升，价格优势下降。因此，本文根据近几年来发达 国家所实施的贸易保护措施，研究分析绿色贸易壁垒的形式及特点，并具体分析绿色 贸易壁垒对安徽省农产品出口贸易的正负面影响，进而提出有效的应对措施，提高农 产品质量，使得安徽省农产品出口突破发达国家层出不穷的绿色贸易壁垒限制，加快 步伐紧跟国际市场。 关键词：安徽；出口；绿色贸易壁垒；农产品 Green trade barriers on Anhui agricultural export trade influence and countermeasure research Abstract：As a big country that produces and exports agricultural products, China’s export of agricultural products has become an important part of Chinas export trade, but it is affected by the restriction of green trade barrier. In the international trade of agricultural products, green trade barrier has gradually become one of the major non-tariff barriers.
