分类号： 学校代码： 学 号: 本科生毕业论文 连云港市垃圾分类政策执行问题与对策 ——基于史密斯模型 Implementation Problems and Countermeasures of Garbage Classification Policy in Lianyungang City —— Based on Smith Model 所在院(系)： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 研究起止日期： 年 月 至 年 月 年 五 月  【摘要】我国经济发展越来越快，城市化的进程也随之加快，人民的生活需求日益增长，多元化的商品和相关的产业链制造了大量琳琅满目的商品，随之而来的是垃圾的日益增长，有的城市甚至隐约有“垃圾围城”的趋势，各色各样的垃圾不仅对生态环境造成了破坏，而且对社会生活环境造成了极大的影响。本文拟运用史密斯政策执行过程模型对于我国连云港市垃圾分类政策执行中遇到的困难进行分析，综合城市垃圾分类政策执行过程中的切实问题，从而寻找到妨碍到连云港市垃圾分类政策执行的因素，针对这些问题提出相关的建设性对策。 【关键词】垃圾分类； 政策执行； 史密斯模型  【Abstract】With the rapid development of Chinas economy, the process of urbanization is getting faster and faster, the peoples living needs are increasing day by day, diversified commodities and related industrial chains have produced a large number of dazzling commodities, followed by the growing number of waste, some cities even vaguely have the trend of garbage siege , various kinds of garbage not only caused damage to the ecological environment, but also caused a great impact on the social living environment.
