关宝山公路隧道设计 系部名称: 专业班级: 学生姓名: 指导教师: 职 称: 年 月 The Graduation Design for Bachelors Degree Design of GuanBao Hill Highway Tunnel 摘  要 此次毕业设计选题为关宝山隧道设计,隧道位于卫国村关宝山G202五常至G10尚志一级公路K2+325~K3+875,所处围岩等级为III、IV级,为分离式直线型单向行驶双车道隧道,上行线全长为1280m,桩号为K2+475~K3+755;下行线全长为1302,桩号为K2+453~K3+755。,上行线:K2+475—K3+060坡度为+0.7%,K3+060—K3+755坡度为-2%;下行线:K2+453—K3+075坡度为+0.7%;K3+075—K3+755坡度为-2%。衬砌采用复合式衬砌,断面形式为曲墙拱形断面,洞门为翼墙式洞门,明洞采用明挖法施工,暗洞IV级围岩采用环形开挖预留核心土法,III级围岩采用全断面开挖。 本次设计主要内容为隧道总体设计、洞门设计、明洞设计、衬砌结构设计、防水和排水设计、通风照明设计、施工方案设计以及主要工程量估算。衬砌设计主要是衬砌结构形式与荷载计算,衬砌内力计算,衬砌结构设计,衬砌验算。主要工程量为土石方开挖量。 关键词:隧道;衬砌;截面;内力;位移;照明;荷载 ABSTRACT This design is the highway tunnel which called GuanBao hill highway tunnel. This tunnel is located in the GuanBao hill in the village of Weiguo, which is on the section of the first class high way from Wuchang city to Shangzhi city and from K2+325 to K3+875. The surrounding rock grade of the tunnel is III、IV level. the writer designed a single way linear separated exercise two lanes long tunnel with a upward tunnel station numbered K2+475~K3+755, and its total length is 1280m; a downward tunnel station numbered K2+453~K3+755, and its total length is 1302m. Uplink: K2+475—K3+060 slope is 0.7%, K3+060—K3+755 slope is 2%; down line: K2 +453—K3+075 slope is 0.7%; K3+075—K3+755 slope is 2%. This lining of the tunnel is used the combined type work. The cross section form of the tunnel is curved wall’s aches, and the tunnel portal is designed as the wing wall tunnel portal. Meanwhile, the open cut hole is used the monolithic lining, the dark hole is used the composite lining. The open cut hole is used the open excavation method to construct, and the dark hole level IV surrounding rock by using the steps, level III surrounding rock by using full face excavation.
