联合国宪章 Charter of the United Nations 介绍性说明 Introductory Note 联合国宪章是 1945 年 6 月 26 日联合国国际组织会议结束时在旧金山签字的， 于 1945 年 10 月 24 日生效。国际法院规约是宪章的组成部分。 The Charter of the United Nations was signed on 26 June 1945, in San Francisco, at the conclusion of the United Nations Conference on International Organization, and came into force on 24 October 1945.
