HSE 目标 HSE Objectives 三、工作目标Objectives1、施工现场实现全员平安教育：特种作业人员持证上岗率到达100%； 操作人员三级平安教育率100%；All employees on site shall receive safety training：Workers of special trade shall 100% have the certificates. 100% of the operators shall receive level 3 safety orientation. 2、按期开展平安检查活动，隐患整改做到“四定〞， 即： 定整改责任人、定整改措施、定整改完成时间、定整改验收人；Perform Safety Inspection periodically. Assign responsible persons to take specific actions to finish the correction at required time and be accepted by assigned inspectors. 3、认真把好平安生产的“七关〞，即：教育关、措施关、交底关、防护关、文明关、验收关、检查关；Try to control the safe construction in the following seven aspects, including orientation, measures, clarificliention, barricades, house keeping, acceptance and inspection. 4、认真开展重大平安活动和施工工程的日常平安活动。Prepare and have important safety activities and daily safety actions for construction.
