链式开沟机 初 步设 计 摘 要 在给定地农艺条件下确定了一种果园用链刀式开沟机地整体参数,并得出开沟机总功耗为 4.874kW. 初步进行了开沟机挂接机构和开沟装置地结构设计与 Pro/E 造型,同时对工作链刀倾角、 刀片运动轨迹和土粒地运动状态进行了分析;建立了链式开沟机地功耗模型并用 MA TLAB 地 fmincon 函数进行了优化,优化后功耗较设计功耗下降了 22.81% ,并且得出了在行进速度 v =0.0412m/s 、链刀线速度 v =1m/s 、工作链刀对水平面倾角 =30 °时,链式开沟机功耗最小地结 o l 论 .矚慫润厲钐瘗睞枥庑赖。 关键词:链式开沟机;运动学;优化 Abstract The parameters of a new type of chain ditcher was ascertained with the given agricultural need,and the power consumption was 4.874kW. Structural design and molding with Pro/E was carride out preliminarily.At the same time, analysis to the chain level angle, blade linear speed and the lump-motion was maded. An optimization design model was established ,and the optimal analysis was carried out by applying MATLAB tools .
