互联网思维对人力资源管理的影响
——以韩都衣舍为例
摘要:在如今激烈的市场竞争中,互联网思维的运用具有重大的现实意义,对于企业的人力资源管理来说,就是在在互联网大数据不断发展的新环境下,需要重新审视,改变传统的用人机制,在互联网大变革的大环境下,去思考人力资源的管理,以此更好的服务于企业的需要。因此,本文旨在研究互联网思维对人力资源管理的影响。首先在国内外文献的研究基础上,明确了互联网思维对企业人力资源管理的理论基础,了解了互联网思维下的人力资源管理,然后通过对传统的人力资源管理模式进行分析,指出其中所存在的问题,重点对互联网思维对人力资源管理的影响进行分析,主要是改变了企业的人才培养模式,完善了企业的发展机制,培养了优秀人才,提高了企业的核心竞争力等等,通过利用韩都衣舍的人力资源管理的案例分析,并结合自身人事专员实习的经验,理论联系实际,最后得出结论,要充分运用互联网思维,多方面不断加强和优化企业人力资源管理,为企业增添活力。

Abstract: With the intense market competition, the Internet thought utilization has the significant practical significance, regarding enterprises human resources management, is in under the new environment which develops unceasingly in the Internet big data, needs to carefully examine, the change tradition choosing a person for a job mechanism, in under the Internet big transformation macro-environment, ponders the human resources the management, by this better service in enterprises need.Therefore, this article is for the purpose of studying Internet thought to the human resources management influence.First in is clear about the correlation concept in the foundation, had understood under the Internet thought human resources management, then through carries on the analysis to the traditional human resources management pattern, pointed out exists the question, key carries on the analysis to the Internet thought to the human resources management influence, mainly changed enterprises personnel training pattern, has consummated enterprises development mechanism, has trained the outstanding talented person, enhanced enterprises core competitive power and so on, through through the Haier Group anxiously human resources management the practical experience, and unifies the experience which own human affairs special commissioner, the apply theory to reality, finally draws the conclusion, must utilize the Internet thought fully, unceasingly strengthens th
