PAGE PAGE 52 互联网在促进中国产业创新方面的研究 内容摘要 自21世纪以来，中国经济的快速发展使得经济规模不断扩张，至2010年，中国GDP正式超越日本，成为全球第二大经济体。然而，在中国经济快速发展的过程中也伴随着不少问题，其中产业结构不合理、创新能力较弱最为突出。互联网+是近年来业内所提出的一种发展趋势，是指以互联网思维来推动各经济业态的发展，为经济的改革创新提供强劲的动力。2015年，李克强总理在政府工作报告中首次提出了“互联网+”行动计划。在十三五规划中，互联网+行动计划和强国战略也被多次提及，旨在推动互联网+在未来中国经济转型和产业创新过程中扮演极其重要的角色。 本文首先在研究国内外互联网+推动产业创新的文献基础上，对互联网+和产业创新的内涵进行综述分析，对互联网+推动产业创新的内在机制进行研究；其次论述了国外发达国家利用互联网+促进产业创新的经验与启示，在此基础之上对我国利用互联网+实现产业创新所面临的问题和挑战进行分类详细的分析，其中主要从政府方面、金融机构方面、互联网技术方面和互联网安全方面来分析。最后，针对这些问题分别给出互联网+推动产业创新的政策建议。 关键字：互联网+；产业创新；经济转型 Abstract Since 21 century, the Chinese economic scale has been enlarged due to the quick development of Chinese economy. To the year of 2010, China has exceeded Japan in GDP, and became the second biggest economy. However, there are many problems during the quick growing of Chinese economy. The most obvious problems are the irrational economic structure and the low ability of innovation. Internet+ is a trend of development in economy. It refers to use the thought of internet to push the development of all the fields in economy and bring the strong power to economic reform and innovation. In 2015, premier Li Keqiang, first put forward the action plan of Internet+ in the report of government works. In the thirteenth five years plan, the action plan of Internet Plus and Strategy of country strengthen are mentioned repeatedly, aim at to play an important role in economy transformation and industry innovation. First, this paper analyses and summaries the meanings of the Internet+ and industry innovation based on the documents and literature domestically and abroad of the Internet+ pushing the industry innovation. Also, this paper researches the internal system of driving force of Internet+ on the industry innovation. Second, this paper discusses the experience and enlightenment of overseas about using the Internet+ to push the industry innovation.
