PAGE PAGE # PAGE PAGE # 某四星级酒店自动报警消防系统及泵房设计 摘要：本课题是针对某四星级酒店而做的火灾自动报警控制系统和泵房系统设计。在本 课题中首先介绍了火灾自动报警及联动控制系统设计的目的及意义，简要介绍了火灾自 动报警系统的发展，根据《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》的相关规定以及该酒店的实际 情况，划分防火分区。其次，根据《火灾自动报警系统设计规范》的规定，确定保护对 象的保护等级并选择报警系统，根据规范的要求合理划分报警区域及探测区域，并且对 建筑内部的各个场所选择探测器，并进行布置计算。第三，根据《火灾自动报警设计规 范》的规定，本建筑的等级为一级，选择火灾自动报警控制系统的模式为集中报警控制 系统。火灾自动报警控制器设置在消防控制室，由联动控制系统与消火栓系统和自动喷 水灭火系统相联，组成整个报警系统，以此来完成报警系统中的相关联动设计。第四， 对消防泵房进行系统设计，该泵房应设置两套给水系统，一套为消火栓给水系统，一套 为自动喷水灭火给水系统，消防给水系统应设置备用消防水泵,其工作能力不应小于其 中最大一台消防工作泵，故消火栓系统设置两个消火栓泵（一用一备），自动喷水灭火 系统设置两个喷淋泵（一用一备）。做到经济合理，安全可靠。 关键词：消防泵房；自动报警控制系统；联动控制系统 Design of a Hotel Automatic Alarm Fire Control System and PumpRoom System Abstract: This paper is about the automatic fire alarm control system and pump room system of a four-star hotel. In this paper, the significance and purpose of the automatic fire alarm and linkage of control system are first introduced. Besides, this paper briefly introduces the development of the automatic fire alarm system. According to “the code for fire protection design of high civil buildings99 and the actual situation of the hotel, fire protection divisions are divided. Second, according to “the design code of the automatic fire alarm system,? we determine the protecting level and choose alarm system, divide alarm area and detection area rationally according to the requirement of the specifications, choose detector for the various places of the building, and undertake decorating calculation.
