PAGE PAGE 27 提升员工的IT自我效能的前提及效应 摘要：信息化高度发展的当前社会，计算机作为其最主要的标志和载体正发挥着举足轻重的作用。诚然，具备必要的计算机素养和能力已然成为每个个体工作和生活的重要前提。然而即使计算机使用已变得普遍，可依旧存在一些个体无法掌握最基础的计算机操作，甚至抵制或者回避计算机的使用。因此，在本篇文章中引入计算机自我效能感（即个体对于自己使用计算机完成个某一项任务的能力的自我判断）这一概念。本文主要采用问卷调查法进行实证研究数据的收集，并使用SPSS18.0进行数据的分析,从而进一步研究影响计算机自我效能感的相关因素。本研究发现： 1、支持对计算机自我效能感有正向影响； 2、计算机自我效能感对结果预期、使用意向有正向影响； 3、计算机自我效能感中介了支持与结果预期； 4、支持是计算机自我效能感的影响因素，结果预期和使用意向是计算机自我效能感的效果。 关键词：计算机自我效能感；支持；外部鼓励；他人使用情况；结果预期；使用意向 The Research on Premise and Effect of Staff’s Computer Self-Efficacy Improvement Abstract: In the society with highly developmental informatization, the computer is playing a decisive role as its main symbol and carrier. It’s obvious that possessing the required computer literacy and ability has become the important premise of work and life of each individual. However, there are still some individuals can’t master the most Basic computer operation and resist or avoid the use of computers Even if the use of computer has become widespread. In this article, therefore, the concept of computer self-efficacy (the role of individuals beliefs about their abilities to competently use computers) is put forward in the paper. This paper collected data which is processed with SPSS 18.0 by questionnaire survey. On the basis of the analysis result, we study the factor which affect computer self-efficacy. The main conclusions of the research are as follows: 1、Support is positively associated with Computer Self-Efficacy; 2、Computer Self-Efficacy is positively associated with Outcome Expectation and Behavioral Intention; 3、Computer Self-Efficacy is the mediator variable between Support and Outcome Expectation; 4、Support is the antecedents of Computer Self-Efficacy; Outcome Expectation and Behavioral Intention are the effects of Computer Self-Efficacy.
