成 都 广 播 电 视 大 学 本 科 毕 业 论 文 保山隆阳区保障性住房南片区3#地块 3-3项目施工组织设计 年 级 13 姓 名 学 号 1351101207567 专 业 土木工程 指导老师 二零一五年 月 日 成都广播电视大学毕业论文 第 PAGE VI页 摘要 随着建筑业的发展，关乎建筑方面的专业学习越来越多，因建筑的严谨性也有更多的专业方向。施工组织设计便是作为建筑行业不可或缺的一门。 本次施工组织设计论文是针对云南隆阳区南片区3#地块3-3工程设计的方案，本次工程土方开挖占地约计2130平方米，建筑基底面积约835平方米，总建筑面积约5482平方米，楼层为11层，建筑工期为420天左右。 本设计主要包括以下内容：工程流程细节、工程进度计划横道图、施工平面布置图。为确保工期、质量及安全、文明工地，节约成本等条件，编制出针对性的施工组织设计，编制出切实可行的施工方案，比如流水施工方案、施工测量方案、因工程跨期长还有冬期施工方案等。以指导施工顺利地完成本工程项目的建设，控制工程成本，创建优质工程。 关键词：工程概况；平面布置及管理；施工进度计划；施工方案；建筑施工图 Abstract With the development of the construction industry, dealing with the construction of professional learning more and more, because of the rigor of the building there are more professional direction. Construction design is used as an integral part of the construction industry. The construction design thesis is for Yun Nan Yang District South Area 3 # Block 3-3 engineering program. In preparing for the project management structure , the overall construction of the deployment , construction preparation , the main sub-part construction methods , quality assurance measures , security measures and civil construction , construction site management , and many other factors to consider as fully as possible , highlighting the scientific, applicability and relevance, is to ensure that high-quality , low cost, safe, civilized , high-speed construction tasks to complete all the important economic and technical documents.
