毕业设计（论文） 浅析电力机车转换开关 *** 2018年12月 毕业设计（论文） 浅析电力机车转换开关 姓名 ： 指导教师 ： 专业 ： 铁道机车（电力机车）专业 学院 ： 铁道机车学院 答 辩 日 期 ： 2018年12月 单位 ： *** 摘 要 - PAGE I - PAGE I - 摘 要 本论文介绍了电力机车转换开关结构原理与维护调整方法，本文从其功能用途、安装原理及结构、机车背景、电力机车转换开关作用、使用方法、结构、特点及应用、各项技术参数、维修与维护、故障分析、用实例简析来分析转换开关的惯性烧损、故障处理、维护修正工作、及改善解决惯性事故方案，加强对电器电路的改进、提高对机车乘务员的重视度，加强日常检修，严格执行制造工艺及检修工艺等方面进行了详细的研究，总结概括了可能导致转换开关惯性故障部位的原因，并给出故障解决措施。旨在转换开关天气电路的基础上进行更为细致的分析，做到准确无误的对转换开关进行维护与调整，从而从根本上改善解决电力机车转换开关所出现的问题，提高电力机车转换开关的使用效率，为机车运行安全打下良好基础，为铁路安全做贡献。 关键词：机车转换开关；结构；维护与调整方法；烧损故障；改进方案。  Abstract - II - Abstract This paper introduces the structure principle and maintenance adjustment method of electric locomotive switching switch. This article analyzes the inertial burn loss of the conversion switch from its function use, installation principle and structure, locomotive background, electric locomotive conversion switch function, use method, structure, characteristics and application, various technical parameters, maintenance and maintenance, fault analysis, and simple example analysis. , troubleshooting, maintaining and correcting work, and improving the solution to inertial accidents, strengthening the improvement of electrical circuits, increasing the emphasis on locomotive flight attendants, strengthening daily maintenance, and strictly implementing manufacturing and maintenance processes. This paper summarizes the reasons that may lead to the conversion of the inertial fault site of the switch, and gives the fault resolution measures. The purpose is to perform a more detailed analysis on the basis of converting the switch weather circuit, and to accurately maintain and adjust the conversion switch, so as to fundamentally improve the solution to the problems encountered in the conversion switch of electric locomotives and improve the efficiency of the conversion switch of electric locomotives.
