Now your can work with your team to do it according to the following steps. ● Identify the risk factors: work with a third party consultant to set up and facilitate workshops to find out the possible factors that cause stress on members. ● Understand who can be harmed and how: use survey, meeting or interview to collect data of information such as absence, punctuality, poor performance, study load, criticism, family, etc. ● Evaluate the risks: analyse the data to find the possible risks from stress and give evaluation opinions, such as “high/moderate/low risk; need intervention...”. ● Develop action plans: continually review and use the information gathered from meetings, survey results and interviews to develop responses and proactive programmes to support your headteacher or counsellor.
