To improve the degree of participation of residents is an important way to the development of community democratic construction. Research on problems of the residents of the community construction is the objective demand of grassroots democracy in China, with the gradual implementation of the city, in the daily management of community, the enthusiasm and effectiveness must continue to strengthen the participation of residents.
