摘 要 本设计内容为杭州市某酒店附属用房空调系统设计，包括空调风系统设计、空调水系统设计，制冷机房、空调机房的平面设计，不包括该建筑的通风与防排烟系统设计。 该建筑空调冷负荷计算采用鸿业负荷计算软件7.0计算，建筑面积为5611.08㎡，空调面积为2736.8㎡，建筑高度为26.7m，最大时刻冷负荷359.4kW，冷指标为131.3W/m2。该建筑呈L走式，分南楼和东楼，因此空调区域分为两部分，分别用两根立管分区域供水。空该建筑的商铺、餐厅、办公室等小型空调区域，空调系统采用风机盘管加新风系统，每层布置一台新风机为空调区域送新风，每个空调房间的新风不接入风机盘管送风管，单独布置新风口；大会议室采用二次回风全空气系统，组合式空调机单独一根立管供水。空调冷冻水系统采用闭式异程单式泵定流量系统，闭式系统采用膨胀水箱定压，用两台立式管道离心泵并联运行为冷冻水循环提供动力。空调系统冷水机组采用风冷热泵螺杆式冷水机组，安装在你南楼七层楼顶。 本工程所需的设备（主机、风机盘管、新风机、组合空调机等）、材料（送回风口、风阀、水管等）全部由甲方提供。因此本工程施工图预算仅包括主要设备材料的安装费用，不包括设备材料的购置费用。 由于本人水平、经验有限，设计中难免有不足之处，希望老师批评指正。 关键字：全空气系统；风机盘管加独立新风系统；风冷热泵 Abstract The design content is ancillary space in a hotel in Hangzhou,air conditioning system design, including graphic design air conditioning duct system design,air conditioning water system design,refrigeration room,air conditioning room, not including the design of the buildings ventilation system and smoke.
