PAGE PAGE 24 课题： 轿车制动系统设计及分析 摘 要 本次设计针对A8轿车的制动系统进行设计分析，能够有效保证制动系统的系统，分析了解制动系统的结构形式和参数。通过设计，能够全面系统了解制动系统乃至车辆的设计计算方法。 对轿车制动系统的研究现状进行系统全面的分析，主要包括轿车制动系统的设计分析目的意义，轿车制动系统主要研究成果，轿车制动系统未来的发展趋势等；然后对盘式轿车制动系统总体方案设计，确定盘式轿车制动系统的结构形式，本次设计确定的轿车制动系统的结构形式为浮动钳通风盘式结构形式，并进一步明确轿车制动系统的具体结构形式，主要组成包括了制动管路、制动主缸、制动钳部分、制动支架结构等。基本原理是采用液压驱动形式，实现从主缸到制动器轮缸的压力传递，然后通过摩擦片挤压制动盘产生摩擦力，完整制动过程。对轿车制动系统的具体传动结构及参数进行设计计算，主要包括轿车制动系统的制动力分配、制动器的重点结构如制动钳、摩擦片、制动盘的具体结构和强度设计校核等。通过三维软件对轿车制动系统进行了造型设计，然后完成了二维图纸的绘制。通过对关键部件的有限元分析，熟悉和掌握了有限元法分析的方法和应用。 关键词： 轿车；盘式；制动器；三维；有限元；分析 Abstract This design is designed and analyzed for the A8 braking system of the car, which can effectively guarantee the system of the braking system, and analyze and understand the structure and parameters of the braking system.
