Methods： From January 2014 to May 2016 in the hospital 40 cases of anterior circulation aneurysm were selected and randomly divided into a control group with 20 cases treated with interventional embolization therapy and an observation group with 20 cases treated with vascular microsurgery. The recovery， incidence of complicatio， amount of bleeding during operation and the times of operation and recovery of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results： The cure rates of the observation group and the control group were 85%（17/20） and 50%（10/20） and the difference was statistically significant（）. The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group and the operation and postoperative recovery times were shorter than those in the control group（P）. Conclusion： Microsurgical treatment of anterior circulation cerebral aneurysms can significantly improve the patient’s recovery， reduce the incidence of complicatio and the amount of bleeding and shorten the operation and postoperative recovery times， which can effectively improve the treatment effect and is worthy of popularization and application。 KEY WORDS anterior； circulation； cerebral； aneurysm； microsurgery； recovery； complication 腦动脉瘤中最常见的就是脑前循环系统动脉瘤，多因脑内血管异常导致脑动脉瘤样突起，引起自发性蛛网膜下腔出血，导致患者死亡、神经功能缺陷后遗症等不良后果[1]。我国脑动脉瘤发病率为%～%，其中动脉瘤破裂率为1%～2%，当动脉瘤发生破裂时，患者预后差，再出血率极高，因脑动脉瘤破裂造成的死亡
