Information classification level C: Internal use Information classification level C: Internal use CMA Program Development Flow * Types * Types： FSS(Full Service Supplier): Supplier is responsible for product designing, 3D date release, samples prepare ( Spec is provided by Mazda, B drawing is done and released by supplier), till MP (SOP) and manufacturing. For J53R IP/CNSL program, it is defined as FSS. But Mazda/CMA release the Spec/Drawings, and supplier finishes the 3D data design and D drawings. Actually, this program is done like BTS program. Supplier is responsible for all about product. So Mazda/CMA basically will not pay for any cost of engineering changes. Types * Types： BTS(Build To Spec ): According to Spec/Drawings from Mazda/CMA, supplier finish the 3D data with detail structure and upload the data to Mazda/CMA. Also supplier manufactures and prepares samples in order to support each gates, till MP(SOP) and manufacturing. (Mazda/CMA release B drawings, and supplier finish 3D data design and D Drawings) Such as：J53R IPM CNSL Supplier need to meet all the requirements in SPEC/Drawings for Mazda/CMA. Basically, Mazda/CMA will not be responsible for any cost of engineering changes caused by any requirements in the Drawings missed. Types * Types： MTP(Make To Print): According to 3D data or Drawing s from Mazda/CMA, supplier manufactures and prepares samples in order to support each gates, till MP(SOP) and manufacturing.
