溺水事故抢救流程图 Drowning Rescue-Flow Diagram 当班救生员发现有溺水行为者对其发出警告 Lifeguard raises the alarm that person appears to be drowning 对溺水者迅速施救(可间接施救者一定要间接施救) Remove drowning person from water by any available means (including with any other person who can assist) 检查溺水者清醒程度 Check victim for vital life signs 无反应呼救并通知当班主管 有反应迅速检查伤势呼救并通知当班主管 Call for help and notify Check condition ,any injury and call for help and notify on duty supervisor Management on duty 主管通知医生.部门经理维持现场秩序 Supervisor talks to doctor.Manager to maintain order at the scene 畅通气道 Lay victim on side and check that airway is unblocked 检查呼吸 Check for breathing 无呼吸打开气道 有呼吸维持气道畅通，等医生到来 Breathing ok No breathing patient on back,head tilted back and artificially respirate 气道畅通，检查颈动脉 气道不通畅消除杂物 Check for pulse Ensure airway is kept clear and unobstructed 有脉动（实行人工呼吸） 无脉动(实习心肺复苏，在医生未到来之前，不能停止对溺水者施救) Pulse ok continue artificlal respiration No pulse implement Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation until Doctor arrives 医生对溺水者检查.抢救并向总经理报告情况 Doctor to take over all rescue activities and provide full reporting afterwards
