游泳池安全应急方案 The security emergency program of the swimming pool 为了提高游泳池预防和控制突发事件的能力和水平，规范各类突发事件的应急处理工作，减轻和消除突发事件的发生和保护客人的生命和财产安全，维护经营秩序，特制定本安全应急方案 In order to promote the ability of the defending and controlling the emergency on swimming pool, standard the handling all kinds of emergency lighter and avoid the emergency. pretend the guests’lives and estate. maintain the normal running ,so we make the security program 安全应急事故处理小组 The group of the security emergency 组长：总经理（1人） The captain: General manager 副组长：保安部经理，行政助理（2人） The deputy- captain: the manager of Security, Asst. executive Manager 组员：各部门经理（7人） The staff :all departments’manager 工作流程 The work process 发生突发事件或紧急情况时由当班员工汇报给健身中心主管，再由健身中心主管汇报给部门经理，部门经理再汇报给副组长（保安部经理，行政助理）。副组长汇报给总经理，由其最终决定处理方式。 In an emergency, staff report on the superior of the Health Club, then tell to the department manager, then report on the deputy-captain(the manager of Security Asst. executive manager),the deputy-captain tell to the general manager, at last he make the solution. 应急方案的实施： Effect the program： 当发生火灾时： 1）when it is on fire 1）员工当班发现火灾时及时向健身中心主管汇报，并打电话通知保安监控中心（6119）“某某位置发生火灾，请其迅速支援”同时用火灾现场最近的消防设施扑救初起火灾(如果火势较大，当班员工应疏导宾客用湿布捂住口鼻，蹲下延着地面迅速撤离，然后自己在离火灾现场最近的安全区等待救援人员的到来) When you found it is on fire, at first report on the superior of the Health Club, and call the center of monitor(6119)“where is on fire ,and ask for help”.at the same time put on the fire with the tools nearby the area(if the fire is much strong ,you lead the guest leave keep down with wet tower, then waiting for a help near fire location
