In this paper, the importance of technology building structure reinforcement and reconstruction are analyzed, and the reinforcement industry development present situation at home and abroad has made the prehensive elaboration, pointed out the present situation of the engineering construction in China, existing problems and challenges. Through the analysis of the cause of the need to reinforce the construction, find out from the survey design construction and use of all aspects of a potential problem, and the practical advice from the source, according to Chinas specific national conditions and the actual management system put forward specific improvement scheme. Articles at the same time the basic method of building structure reinforcement system is introduced, and analyses the applicable scope of various methods, advantages and disadvantages and economic benefit. For building rectifying this paper also has some space to discuss. Finally, the developing trend of the technology of building structure reinforcement and reconstruction to make prospects.
