办公自动化系统的设计与实现 　摘要 信息技术的快速发展使得信息的传递更加方便快捷，传统的办公基本上都是以纸质的手工办公为主，这种办公方式具有效率低下、操作复杂、资源浪费等缺点。办公自动化基本克服了传统办公的所有弊端，而且还具备传统办公所不具有优点，如在系统中可以通过简单的界面操作来实现会议的申请、修改、撤销和删除。因此得到了广泛的应用。 本论文主要阐述办公自动化系统的设计与实现，采用PhpStrom作为开发平台，PHP、JavaScript脚本语言、CSS样式设计、MySQL 数据库管理系统，实现了通知新闻、工作流转、会议管理、人事管理、日志管理等。本系统操作简单方便、权限分明、易于理解。不同级别的用户具有不同的权限、分工明确。 关键字： PHP;Javascript;Mysql;办公自动化系统 The Design and Implementation Of The Office Automation System Abstract The transfer of information become more convenient with the high-speed development of information technology, the traditional office manners are basically based on the paper office, the disadvantage of this office is low efficiency, complex operation and waste of resource. Office automation overcomes the drawbacks of the traditional office , meanwhile it has the advantages with the traditional office manner does not have, for example you can use a simple interface operation to realize the application of meeting, modify, delete and rescind, so it has been widely used. This thesis is focuses on the design and implementation of office automation system, adopt PhpStrom as development platform, PHP, JavaScript scripting language, CSS style design, MySQL database management system ,realize notices and news, conference management, personnel management and log management. The operation of the system is simple and convenient, clear authority, meanwhile it is easily to be understood, due to the level of users are different, so the power of users are also defferent, meanwhile the division of labour is very clear.
