【Word版本下载可任意编辑】 PAGE 1 - / NUMPAGES 1 企业融资岗位职责3篇 [第1篇]企业融资顾问岗位职责  职责描述:  - perform balance sheet structuring, fixed/floating debt analysis, and working capital and liquidity management ensuring that bu china perimeter maintains appropriate facilities at all times  - prepare the ktp (internal reporting tool) informing all the existing cashcash equivalent + loans conditions on quarterly basis;  - implement a cash management police for the bu;  - leadership in solicitation, negotiation and implementation of treasury and other financial services rfps as appropriate;  - responsible for the ‘knowledge center’ around corporate financing in china (debt quotas, debt market, etc);  - bpo of internal policies on cash management;  - responsible for the integration of the banks and existing financing of existing projects of bu china ;  - define, implement and monitor the best mechanism to manage cash for bu china (e.g. cash pooling);  - support the project team (aifa) on obtaining project financing;  - in charge of monitoring and management of existing financing (payment schedule, availability of cash);  - in charge of bank relationship (in close relation with aifa);  - in charge of corporate finance - in charge of obtaining corporate loans (not project financing – this is aifa);  - point of contact of hq dcfta and support dcfta memos prepared by hq for investment, shl from france to china;  - in charge of all dcfta memos to be prepared for any shl+investment within bu china (in china mainland).  - ensure all debt, letter of credit payments, guarantees and reporting are timely managed.  任职要求:  - at least 8 years of work experience in the field of corporate financing  - strong experience on treasury management;  - strong experience on obtaining financing;  - fluent oral and written english and chinese;  - team spirit  - experience in treasury / corporate finance department of
