电子商务对零售企业运营管理的影响 摘要:零售企业在面对电子商务下的互联网经济数据时代下的这样一个布局下，企业的运营管理成为一个极具挑战性的问题，而随着互联网的普及与受教育者的受教育程度提高以及传统消费观念的改变，越来越多的人会选择在电子商务形式下进行网购消费，企业的运营管理显得尤为重要。 本文根据当前当下传统零售企业与现代零售企业的现行商业模式进行分析，通过引用相关文献与经济周刊的数据调查，分别阐述传统零售企业的发展状况与现代零售企业的发展状况以及遇到的企业运营管理的相关问题，分析发现得出企业运营管理的相关问题提出相应的解决方法与对策。作者通过文献研究法、案例分析法、归纳总结法三种分析方法去研究本课题涉及的主要内容，主要列举苏宁作讨论，来说明零售企业下电商化的运营管理下产生的相关影响与问题。 关键词：运营管理；商业模式；互联网经济；新零售 The impact of e-commerce on the operation and management of retail enterprises Abstract：In the face of such a layout in the era of Internet economic data under the e-commerce, the operation and management of retail enterprises has become a very challenging problem.
