Andersen Consulting’s mission is To help our clients create their future. That is what we do. A Vision states what a company is striving to be. Our mission and vision are a picture of what we do and what we aspire to be. We expect that the mission and vision of Andersen Consulting is shared across the firm and can be seen both locally and globally. Speaker’s Notes: Our Core Values give us standards by which we live out our Mission and Vision in our daily work life. In the past we have used a Core Values Assessment (CVA) survey to gauge our people’s feelings about how these Core Values are used in practice. Also, each element, depending on the organization, has a different priority and level of importance.
