本文格式为Word版，下载可任意编辑 — PAGE \* Arabic 1 — 老年患者服药的临床护理干预效果评定 李斯 袁洁  【摘要】目的：分析在老年患者用药过程中应用规范化护理干预的效果。方法：研究时间从2022年1月—2021年7月，研究对象为老年患者，在我院收治的患者中纳入80例作为研究样本，通过双盲法分入试验组与参照组当中，各40例，前者应用的护理方式为规范化护理，后者应用的护理方式为常规护理，对两组患者的用药依从性得分与用药安全性认知状况展开分析与探讨。结果：从用药依从性得分与用药安全性认知状况方面来分析，试验组相比于参照组更高，且指标之间统计学分析有意义（P0.05）。结论：在老年患者用药过程中应用规范化护理干预的效果显著，可提升患者对用药安全知识了解程度，也能提升患者用药依从性，对稳定患者病情有重要价值，值得推广。  【关键词】老年患者； 用药依从性；规范化护理；护理效果 Evaluation of the effect of clinical nursing intervention for elderly patients take medicine  LI Si， YUAN Jie  The Third Hospital of Changsha， Changsha， Hunan 410015， China  【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effect of standardized nursing intervention in the medication process of elderly patients.Methods：The study period was from January 2022 to July 2021.The subjects of the study were elderly patients.Among the patients admitted to our hospital，80 cases were included as research samples，and they were divided into the experimental group and the reference group by double-blind method，with 40 cases in each group，the nursing method used by the former was standardized nursing，and the nursing method used by the latter was conventional nursing.The medication compliance scores and medication safety cognition of the two groups of patients were analyzed and discussed. Results：From the analysis of medication compliance score and medication safety cognition，the experimental group was higher than the reference group，and the statistical analysis between the indicators was meaningful（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application of standardized nursing intervention in the medication process of elderly patients has a significant effect，which can improve patients’ understanding of medication safety knowledge，and can also improve patient medication compliance.It has important value for stabilizing the patient’s condition and is worthy of promotion.  【Key Words】Elderly patients；  Medication compliance； Standardized nursing； Nursing effect 我國如今已经步入老龄化社会，随着老年人数在总人数当中占比
