Some may argue that the aesthetically presented food in the West appeals more to the eye, but I would say that much heed is also given to the harmony of the color, shape and size when Chinese dishes are being prepared. Not a few dishes can be seen as excellent pieces of art and some of them even have very wonderful names. ; I love Chinese food, for its sophisticated preparations, yummy tastes, and rich variety.;1.
