PAGE PAGE II 摘 要 作者:电子设计一点通 民用住宅取暖收费问题一直是我国供暖技术中的一个重大问题,按照所需供暖住宅面积收费显然满足不了我国公民的需求、并且存在很多问题。解决公民消费需求,按照所需供暖量收费显然比较合理。热量计量表是城市供暖改革的必要成分之一,是热量公司向每一位消费者收费的依据和手段。某种意义上,热量计量表也可督促消费者节能环保。热量计量表的出现使热计量更科学、更合理,不仅方便了住户,更便于管理。 本文详细介绍了热量计量表的软设以及硬件设计:以51 单片机为基础,通过流量计量计,温度检测设备两个部分组成。通过流量计量计得出进回水温度的流量,温度检测设备测量进回水的温度差,通过计算得出熵值,再经过计算得出所取热量值,完成对热量消耗的全部智能计算。热量计量表应具备自身节能设施,减少自身的能量损耗。 关键词:热量计量表;51单片机;温度检测; ABSTRACT The heating charge of civil residence has always been a major problem in Chinas heating technology. Charging according to the required heating residential area obviously can not meet the needs of our citizens, and there are many problems. To solve the consumer demand of citizens, it is obviously more reasonable to charge according to the amount of heating required. Heat meter is one of the necessary components of urban heating reform. It is the basis and means for heat companies to charge each consumer. In a sense, the heat meter can also urge consumers to save energy and protect the environment. The appearance of heat meter makes heat measurement more scientific and reasonable, which is not only convenient for residents, but also convenient for management. This paper introduces the software and hardware design of heat meter in detail: Based on 51 single chip microcomputer, it is composed of flowmeter, meter and temperature detection equipment. The flow of inlet and return water temperature is obtained through the flow meter, the temperature detection equipment measures the temperature difference of inlet and return water, calculates the entropy value, and then calculates the heat value to complete all intelligent calculations of heat consumption. The heat meter shall have its own energy-saving facilities to reduce its own energy loss.
