PAGE 12 学士学位论文 阜新市区小班幼儿自我服务能力培养的调查研究 摘 要 《幼儿园教育指导纲要（试行）》中明确提出：“幼儿园老师要充分考虑和满足幼儿的自我发展需求，同时要注意和满足其发展的自主意识，防止过分的保护主义和管理，并提倡和引导幼儿自我管理；坚持自主学习。养成良好的饮食、睡眠、盥洗等生活方式及自我照顾的能力。在幼儿阶段，培养自己的自主性是最重要的。要想在将来培育出具有良好素质的学生，必须从自身的素质、基本的生存技能和独立的能力入手，才能够在将来培育出具有良好素质的学生。所以，对儿童的自我教育进行深入的探讨具有十分重大的现实意义。 本文以问卷形式进行，采用问卷调查的方法，了解小班幼儿的自我服务意识。本研究从小班幼儿的服务能力内容、小班幼儿服务能力的表现形式、小班幼儿服务能力的作用等方面进行了全面的调研，经整理和分析，发现小班幼儿自身服务能力差、家长和幼儿园老师重视不够、意识不够、方法不当、耐心不足等问题，针对问题进行了分析，进而从幼儿园、幼儿家长、社会等方面提出有效促进小班幼儿自我服务能力培养的合理化建议，旨在增强幼儿园老师培养幼儿自我服务能力的意识，增进家长对幼儿自我服务能力培养的认识，为幼儿的自我服务能力培养打下夯实的基础。 关键词：小班幼儿；自我服务能力；培养 ABSTRACT The guiding outline for Kindergarten Education (for Trial Implementation) clearly states: Kindergarten teachers should fully consider and meet childrens self-development needs. At the same time, they should pay attention to and meet their self-awareness of development, prevent excessive protectionism and management, promote and guide childrens self-management, adhere to self-learning, develop good lifestyles such as eating, sleeping and washing, and their ability to take care of themselves. At the primary school stage, cultivating their own autonomy is the most important.
